Ace Surveillance guarantee at its discretion to replace, or repair free of charge within 12 months of the invoice date any goods proven to be faulty by design or workmanship, provided that the goods have not been misused, modified, or attempted to be repaired by anyone other then us, provided that the goods have been stored, operated, and maintained within our specified conditions. Please note that it is not our policy to refund any purchases. This is because of the nature of the products we sell. They will normally fulfill their purpose in a very short period of time. 

Any damaged goods received by yourself must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving them. Any returns must be authorised by us and under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorised. Authorisation and shipping instructions must be obtained before returning the products.

Although it is not an offence  to manufacture or to own a transmitter in the U.K., most of the transmitters featured on our web site are not D.T.I. approved and the use of them would be offence under the Wireless Telegraphy act 1949. The telephone equipment featured in our website are not approved by British Telecom.

If you are purchasing the products outside the U.K., then please check the regulations of use in your country.

Transmission ranges quoted are realistic ranges that can be accepted under normal conditions, however the actual range achieved depends on several factors, such as environmental conditions, battery conditions, location of transmitter and the type of receiver used.
